Founded in 2022, Jaguar Mezcal Boutique (JMB) in Berlin is known not only for its carefully curated selection of agave spirits brands, but also for its commitment to promoting sustainable practices and supporting local producers and independent brands.

At the helm of JMB is Amanda Novoa, a passionate advocate for agave spirits and their cultural significance. As a former diplomat for international organizations such as the WTO and the UN, Amanda has dedicated herself to educating others about the diversity and complexity of mezcal. Her vision for this project is to create a space where people can explore the different expressions of agave spirits—from smoky and robust to fruity and floral—while learning about the artisanal methods used in their production.

JMB has become a meeting point for mezcal enthusiasts, offering a unique experience that highlights the cultural stories behind every bottle. Under Amanda’s leadership, JMB continues to thrive as a beacon for those who appreciate the craftsmanship of agave spirits and wish to celebrate Mexico’s vibrant heritage.
